I agree with Bob3. You cannot win with NAF. I just rejected them as an arbitrator. After 4 months of arbitration and Discover refusing to respond to discovery, they allowed Discover to enter two "Stays" (stopping the proceedings). They will not give an award in your favor. Refuse their arbitrator before they enter a ruling against you.
