I second Keyser's advice. Once you put this is the hands of a good lawyer, you will sleep better at night. This is way beyond the ability of a non-lawyer to handle. The stress of dealing with this could affect your health, so get a lawyer and save your sanity and your life.

BTW, I took my own advice and did very well. If in Florida I can recommend a great lawyer.
