Thanks TaziBlue, A question for you, does the SOL start with the DOLA or the date of dealt. I'm asking this because the Ca's are using the date of dealt as the start of SOL, but I'm saying it started with my last payment to the OC which was 5 months before they purchased it. My States SOL says, "shall be commenced within 6 years next after the cause of any such action shall have accrued." Does this mean the Ca is right and my last payment don't mean anything?
