Since you state that the judgment has been paid, then go ahead and file your own request with the court. "Satisfaction of judgment" Most court websites have the necessary forms. Since it was a "financial drain" to saisfy that judgment then I would file "in forma pauperis" this is someone that has no funds to pay legal fees.
