The CA has NOTHING to do with the charge-off, that is the OC's worry. Doesn't matter how many times a debt is sold, the ORIGINAL information regarding DOLA and charge-off CANNOT change and those dates are the ONLY thing that matters when it comes to the SOL.

Its not the charge-off that is the 'cause of action' - that is the RESULT of the cause of action. The COA is your intitial DEFAULT.
