Anyway, my question is. If I want to clear an item on my report and the credit Agency didn't clear it after I disputed it, can I call the the creditor and ask for proof, like a signed contract and if they can't produce one or any kind of paper work, do they have to remove the Item or can they just refuse to remove it.
