Wait, DOLA does not determine if something is beyond the SOL. The date of delinquency usually determines the beginning of the statutory period. If you're getting the Crap1 offers, those are almost assuredly expired debts.

When was the last time the account was CURRENT (not in arrears)? The DOLA for MCM is ALWAYS the date that they purchased the debt (that's just how they do things). It was long charged off by then. And charge-offs usually occur six months after delinquency.
