i appreciate the view, JK. since i tend to see the dark side in everything..most still go to court without proper paperwork. they count not only on us not showing, but a judge who doesnt know his head from his A$$ (normal for here), and letting them win anyways. besides, when i know its my debt, why validate? shrug*. buncha sides to the same issue. someone wants to validate, its their choice. i just dont see the point, but thats me. we know how i am. lol...:) i see things totally diff than most here :)..
