Oh - I get it. I'm not sure, actually. I don't think so, but I can't be positive about that. But, my main concern is right now that MCM DOES have a Florida attorney on the case (they are the ones who sent the letter) - just wondering if they did this to try to scare me into paying or if they are really serious about suing.
