Well - whichever it is there is lying going on all around in my case and probably a lot of others too. People need to look at their CR's carefully and if sued read that complaint very very carefully also. Like everyone here has said before - these people usually file bunches of suits at a time hoping no one reads them or gets scared by them so they win default judgments. ASSett and Providian show different dates, different amounts. ASSet claimed they are assignees but their Affidavit said the "bought" the debt. I am not going to correct them at this point - I will correct them in court.
