good girl! i hear the teen ager part, lol. since you have warranty, is there a closer or another ford place? i think all must honor warranties. keep on top of them and let them know you wont allow this. even the managers have managers. good luck!!! i still drive my ford f-150...i still love them. besides, ford doesnt go by fico. lol. not as bad as others. make sure they do nothing unless it is in writing and approved first by you before they touch it. they will really go after women. (not sure your a woman but i had to add that--men have no clue how they see a woman and think...rip this one off!)also, should you ever want to sell it outright and have a carmax near you, they gave me a great price for my taurus, since i didnt tell them the overdrive was out. lol. and it had hail damage. just watch buying from carmax, they will run lots of hard inquiries unless you tell them run only one and they know you mean it. i love to see someone stand up to unfairness!!!
