will have a telephone court hearing, anyone experience this? What can I expect? Amt is under 10 k, with interest and overlimit fees, filed answer lacking truth and knowledge,this is attorney debt collector for OC. Can't aford attorney, feel judgement is emminent, work part time as waitress, in a garnishment what could they take? I claim 8% tips, make more but do not claim, do I disclose that? Also if a judgement is awarded will they really come take my possessions?
This is one me only, would any of my husband things be taken, would I have to disclose anything about him? Sorry so long, just getting really scared!!!! This board has been tremendous, but I am gaining courage thanks to all you wonderful people!!
