Maybe it's yours and maybe not. I used Why Chat's validation letter for that Perkins loan that drppped out of the sky. She thought she was paying ALL of her school loans. I typed it, she mailed it.........it did come back validated, complete with her signature. It did, however, prevent her IRS refund from being garnished. OK, she paid anyway. It was hers and that was fine. We just verified that it was all legal and true, and hers. You know how inacurrate the CRs are. You might know it is your debt just by the sound of it, but you can't know that ALL CHARGES, interest, are legal and correct. Now, I am forcing validation of EVERYTHING on my son's Perkins loan, also dropped out of the sky, (according to him) I want an accounting of every penny, and I want to have an attorney look at it since usury is very complicated.
