On-line CRA Disputes

I am contenplating using the online credit report disputes through the three major CRA's. In the past, I have sent all my disputes certified mail, return reciept. However, this online thing looks like it might save some time. Has anyone done this before? Has anyone had any problems getting a response? At least with the green return recipt card I can prove they got my letters...
