Are you SURE there IS an entered judgment on record?Sometimes the CRA picks up the case file # and not an entered book and page #.

Go to the County Court records on line and see if you really have an entered judgment.

As to paying the CA, that will do NOTHING to pay or delete the judgment in any way.

IF there is a recorded entered judgment against you, and you are still in Tx, you can either wait it out for the next 7 years (enforceable) and 4 years remaining on your reports, or pay it directly to the Court.

If you are no longer in Tx. you can opt out(which you should do anyway) get your Tx address deleted, then dispute the judgment.
