A filing date and Court and case # only mean that the claim was filed, not that a default judgment was entered.

You need a book and page # for that. If you can't find it in the recorded documents, it means it was never entered, i.e. doesn't actually exist except as an old unadjudicated case file. The CRA's frequently report them as filed judgments when they are actually only filed claims.
