being sued by nat'l check bureau, retained attorney, answered with denial of everything. they didnt even have account numbers on the complaint, just a cardmember agreement as exhibit which was illegible.... court has a case management conference set for june 11. what is this .. just wondering if this is where natl check bureau will have to provide proof of statements etc... or will they negotiate here.... thanks for any advice
