Thanks to everyone who responded to my post several days ago about these guys threatening to file felony charges against my husband. Out of curiousity and to make him feel better, I called the sheriff to see if there was a warrant for him and told the lady the situation. Guess what--she said I was the second person that had called this week about a lawyer from NY calling and saying they were going to be arrested for not paying on a credit card. I didn't ask the lawyer's name. Of course, there was no warrant.
