We are going to file our answer and appearance this week and would like advice on these two things.
FYI: medical bill in wa state, w/in sol, CA sueing
should we state that we "lack knowledge and therefore deny" the paragraph that states the amount owed, plus attorney fees, etc? We dont want other fees to be tacked on.

Also, I am confused about what we need to put for our affirmative defenses, if anything. If someone could help me with what would normally go in this section, I would greatly appreciate it!
One more,does anyone have a sample of a settlement letter to CA?
