We contacted OC and they said they were not able to work with us, because it was in collections.
All of the medical treatment was last spring and summer, 2003. Yes, The bill is what insurance didnot cover. MY husband doesn't remember idf they had him sign any form, and we are not sure what all info was given to the CA to use that defense?

Any more suggestions for us?
