It sounds like you are suffering from a severe cash flow problem. If losing a single lawsuit would push you into bankruptcy, you should be proactive about all this and stop flushing money down the toilet on all the other accounts you are barely scraping by on.

Talk to a financial advisor/lawyer about pre-bankruptcy planning or other financial options in your state before you slip down the slope into a “forced” bankruptcy.

And I couldn’t agree with you more about the business practices of these companies. They have a nasty tendency to pounce when times are rough.
