I am under siege by *Wolpoff & Abramson *for a debt I do not owe or own. They claim I owe a First Card credit debt from Platinum Financial Services. The big three credit bureaus have no records or inquires on
any such account for my entire credit history (13 years). I've always kept my record simple, accurate, and spotless. Perfect Score. So far, they have violated every procedure of the FDCPA. They completely blew off my cease and desist...validate this debt...I will not accept
arbitration for an agreement I never entered into...letter. They don't even have my correct name. I've sought legal aid through the military
and await their council. My questions are: Who is Platinum Financial Services and why do they not seem to exist? FCC First Card? Is that First Chicago Corporation? Since they will not produce documentation, I can't (according to the FTC) file a report of identity theft since it doesn't show up in my credit records. Besides the cease and desist/validation letter I've refused any
telephone communication with these scumbags. I did not give them anymore information in the letter than they provided me. What next? Any info to my questions will be greatly appreciated in advance.
