I have had a mortgage with a company for almost 11 years now, up to this year we have had a good repor (sp). My account was taken over by a women at this company who harasses me, my cosigner, and my sister(whos name is not on the loan and I have no idea how she even knows I have a sister as she does not live near me and never has, nor have I ever used her for a credit reference). My payment has not been over 30 days late in 3 1/2 years but it does go past the due date, to which I pay a late fee for. This women from the mortgage company yells at me and threatens she is going to turn me into the collection agency, lectures me on responsibility, is rude to my children when they anser the phone, etc. The latest thing she has done which is my biggest concern is the calling of my sister, Iam dumbfounded as to how she found out information about my family. She also theatened to turn my account into a collection agency because I made a payment that was short 30 dollars due to an increase in the home insurance. she had the payment in time it was just the 30 dollars she was irate about not getting. I always have the payments there by the end of the month, even if I have to wire it there but she is harrassing me to death.
I live in PA, the home is in NC, the mortgage is for 15 years total, the last payment I made was the end of march, the next payment due was may first.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
