mother one evening who lives in a small town that I
resided in approximately 3-4 years ago. In casual
conversation she said that she seen in the local paper I
was being sued by this Credigy Receivable Inc. Not
knowing what she was talking about I laughed it off until
I realized she wasn't kidding. I asked her for what
amount and she said close to 8k!! I have no clue what
this is for, was never contacted for any reason, through
the mail or via phone and now there is a law-suit being
entered into small claims court. Any ideas as how to
approach this?
