My car was repoed(sp) 10 months ago. The whole thing was a disaster. First they refused to give me any information over the phone about what I owed. They were rude and hung up on me multiple times. I finally received info in the mail. About 2 or 3 weeks later, I received a notice that my car was sold and what it sold for. I was not notified about the sale. Then I never heard from them again until two weeks ago and they are calling constantly. I was even sent a letter stating that I had called to make arrangements with them to pay off the balance. Which I never did. I originally owed them around $12,000 and I paid off just over 1/2 of it. What can I do?
