we had a retracement done of the 40 year old survey, and DeJana and Judge Lympus colluded and ruled that the retracement "established" the line, thereby resetting the clock of limitations and averting an easement. Instead we were forced to purchase 800 square feet of land for $5,000 USD. They cashed the check and then decided to give a fee interest rather than signing over the sliver of land as ordered by the court. Classic bait and switch.
