During a routine check of online court records, I have discovered that Discover Bank/Card has obtained a judgment on my wife. However what shocks me is that they never served her. And they claim to have served her at an address that we have not resided in for years. Now they have a judgement. I am looking for an attorney that has experience in this type of case. I want to explore my possibilities to seek damages iether from discover bank, the lawyer's professional liability insurance or the process server's bond or insurance ?
