They can and will call you and harass you if you are even 1-2 days past due.

Make your payments on time and they will stop.

If you cannot do that for whatever reason, get caller ID, or preferably call block to stop them.

They do not however have any reason whatso ever to contact your sister. She needs to send them a cease and decist letter, and if they keep calling file a lawsuit and or criminal charges for harassement.
