I believe it to be unlawful to take your SSI payments. I know it was unlawful to take my Military Retirement and I understand that SSI is exempt in my state of Kansas. How can they take your child support payments. Those belong to your children. A NACA lawyer will probably be able to get all that stuff back and would probably work on a contingency basis. Please at least call and try to get a Lawyer to help you out.
