The problem with Lexintgon Law Firm is that they basically SPAM the CRA's with dispute after dispute. Eventually you end up where you are, tagged as frivolous and the will ALL refuse to investigate yet again. If you're disputing the EXACT same thing on each tradeline EVERY time, you're wasting your time, it will NOT work - as you've now found out.

Watch your GOOD accounts, if you have any. Many report that good tradelines disappeared because Lexinton disputes indiscriminately !
