BOTH you and your husband need to OPT OUT at least 60 days before applying for any mortgage.

After your opt out is in effect, get old addresses( and names) deleted from your report.

Afer the old addresses are deleted, dispute the old accounts as follows, "This is not my account, I have had no such account from this creditor for this amount for this date"
