yes, they can do this if your one day late. try to not be late and if you are, ignore her. dont answer. dont allow her to talk to you that way. " ...honestly, if we are 5 days late they can indeed send us to collections, and foreclose. most dont but fine print says they can. i dont agree with her tactics or personality at all and i hope she gets her due (where is that dark road in the rain with a flat tire or 2 i keep hunting?)...but she can do it. when citi had me they sent cards out CRRR every time i was late saying i was being evicted. lol. i ignored it finally. it was all bs to make you pay sooner. your sister can do the C and D thing, yes. other than that, you have a nasty company and i re-fied my house to get away from citi. careful doin that in texas, they make you pay any COs or judgements when re-fiing. good luck. ignore her. dont answer since you know what they want.
