it is too complicated to me too, Jk, lol. but im curious about one thing..."entered into a payment arrangment with attorney"? that sure could have reset the SOL and created a new contract,hon. with a judgement, i just dont know what all they can do. did he sign something? their not gonna vacate a judgement your paying on!!! plus, yes, they can garnish the amount your state allows, thats income execution. ..i hope you have proof of every dime you have paid these people and proof of the original amount owed. my guess is they will take all they can. plus interest accrues on judgements. dont trust CAs!!!!!!!!
