My spouse and I had filed for Chapter13 BK last year. Just this week I have received two letters from two of the creditors listed in our bankruptcy. One of them, had called me last week and I informed them they were listed in the Chpt13 and they said they were a collection agency hired by the OC just last week and were not aware of the BK. I have the list of whom the trustee sent letters to and the OC is listed. The collection agency name is Allied data Corp. Anyway, I know these two companies broke the law by contacting me. So, what recourse is there, if any? If i just want to get them in trouble, do I contact my attorney, or the trustee or both? I can't afford to pay the attorney anymore money so I did not know if I should contact him or not. Thanks in advance,
Marcy
