Here is the really funny thing. I just received a notice from the trustee titled "Notice of allowed claims and classification" and both creditors are listed on it. From what this seems, it appears both that contacted me recently have also filed claims. So, there is no way possible they can claim that they do not know about me filing Chpt13 Bk. What repercussion is there for these companies contacting me? BTW, the other creditor is the IRS of all places. They are included in my plan of being paid back through the chpt13 from a debt I owe back in 1998. Thanks, Marcy
