they think if you want it bad enough to have 2500 , you will find 3000. make sure on a settlement, it is in proper writing so it isnt sold again and you do it all over again. money is their game. dont let them know you are after buying a house. they would prolly take 1500 , if you ask the right person. keep trying to speak to someone else. it will take a while to show this as paid on a CR, and it wont help your fico one bit. are you sure its not SOL? not sure why you want to pay this??? is it because when you buy the house , they make you pay the COs like here?
