anyway, yes, I feel for you, because I've been told many times, the one thing you can't do, is have any derog's after a bk.

that doesn't mean your credit is trashed forever, but you'd first have to put a stop to the problem of the 3 delinquent accounts, and then rebuild positive credit again, probably for a couple years beyond that...

you know even if you did a chapter 7, you are still allowed to file a chapter 13....there is no 7 year waiting period to file a chapter 13.

well, it takes 3 to 5 years to go through a chapter 13 process and its an extremely long row to hoe, so to speak...so I'm sure I'm not giving the best advice, but I don't know of any real good advice...sorry about that! I wish you well though.
