taping laws url/NY is a one party state howeverrr!

here is the url on phone taping laws. NY---1 party- however. crossing state lines may enact the federal laws. as usual, buncha lawyer crap and im sure the CAs would fight like hell to keep them out of court. but...keeping knowledge of all laws....it might work. ny and tx are each 1 party...federal law is murky to me. im still doin it , tho. who has proof of a phone call???? my gawd. so they can call all they want and say what they please since there is no proof? uh huh i dont think so. hope this helps. :)
