i am confused myself, i read this whole site,..i think its PIs actually, and my god. some judges in NY and im sure elsewhere, throw out calls even in 1 party states. then you can be sued for it. YIKES. i can see that... a CA sues me for what they did! i dont understand, what can we do with phone calls if this is the case??? a 3rd party is eavesdropping..another criminal offense. i think CAs are using this mess to be able to call and break the laws like this! any views needed!!!! totally lost!!! (gawd, i hate the law)
