Opt Out,dispute the accounts as fraudulently re-aged and obsolete to the CRA's file a complaint on line with the FTC and your State' Attorney General's office against any of the CA's who have done this.

This usually occurs if you have not opted out and you start applying for a mortgage or car loan.
