No offense! The Plaintiff will prevail most likely. They have a tendancy to call a head of time to the court house and talk to the Judge and discuss your case before you even make an appearance. Most times they will not even talk a settlement because they like to have the Summary Judgment to back them up. Thus if you don't make your payments then they have a Judgment and seek to garnish bank accounts or try to get whatever you have to humiliate and depress you.
