question on recording again SORRY

they say..."tortious purposes" which i think means "with intent to sue" well , obviously, we record to catch CAs in the act of abuse and breaking federal laws...so i would be taping for that purpose...argh damn it. why cant law be in english? just doesnt seem fair they can use the phone to break the law!
