Thanks for the info. So they will most likely try to set up a payment plan at this hearing to pay off the debt? I'm unemployed, my husband just started his own business with an operating loss last year, we have thousands of dollars in medical bills from my daughter, and the list goes on. We do have a mortgage. Will they still try for a payment plan with all of these debts? Thanks for any advice!
