Im in NY. I have a judgement against me. The balance is over 5000. They have frozen 2 checking and one savings account.I want to settle w Slamowit. What should I expect to get as far as settlement offer? What should I do to ensure the accounts which are frozen get unfrozen? Anything else I should do?
