i filed whatever one is where their all wiped out. i see no point and still dont in "restructuring" for years. then it stays on your credit even longer. so i filed whatever that other is...wipe them out. just my 2 cents. who knows..i screwed up enuff on my own. even tho one can keep filing the other kind..one would never get out then either. all i do is tell what i experienced and learned from my OWN. others may and prolly will differ.
