Your absolutly right. I am trying to get a mortgage. Do you have any suggestions on how to negotiate with Arrow or am I just out of luck. I can't understand how they are passing up a 60% payoff if they are bying it at 2 cents on the dollar. Pigs get fat but hogs get slaughtered i guess because they are going to end up with 0%.
