That is excellent advice in most cases. My only problem is that I am trying to get a mortgage and my mortgage is pending the payoff of my debt. Mortgage companies must me working with the CA bastards lol. Anyways, I need to pay my debt ASAP. I have a short time to do this and I am making the CA's a generous offer but they will not accept, Assholes!
