CAs work on commissions

besides, the CA works on commission. 25% usually of what he/she/it brings in. you gots a greedy lil one....who doesnt get 25% of 0===0! what happens if you dont pay them? is it like texas, for a mortage they must be paid? i hateeee that crap.
