My condolences. To be set up for injustice, is betrayal. Legendary Federal Agent Jaime Kuykendahl describes it thusly: Betrayal arouses emotions stronger than grief, more complex than pain. Use all legal means. It will help heal the wound to your psyche, as well as wound credibility, such as it is, of scumbag predator who betrayed you with lies.
In this unworthy scribe's life, sizeable estate was taken from elderly relative. Not yet time to sue, but one can keep busy. Perps: inevitable crook-poofter lawyer, corrupt HMO, smarmy Ivy League school for rich morons; who are holding the purloined estate, laundering it, until something described as 'a gothic attic-dwelling incestuous step-sister' takes posession.
Forensic symbolic language of the criminal is unmistakeable, "You won't recognize me as blood, so I will take from your blood to endow mine". Gothic, Old World, Byzantine, nothing has changed.
Betrayal binds many of us, a common bond. To paraphrase John "Beautiful Mind" Nash, "What's the point of being betrayed if you can't have a little fun with it?"
In my case, everywhere these larcenous, bloated, greedyguts go, this scribe's writings precede them, to help neighbors, employers, cops, and other 'friends' guage their true nature.
The crooked lawyer told cops he was scared of me, when he realized this writer knew the truth. It's a thousand times worse than he can imagine. This unworthy scribe wishes this slime and his cretin-cronies long, healthy lives, full in all senses, the better to appreciate public recognition for their dubious accomplishments. The vain, after all, are sicker than those merely avaricious. Leave them with health, wealth, age, but no face - a living death.
Your enemy needs to be written up, on this board, also on Ripoffreport.com. Find boards via Google for writing up bad lawyers, tell the truth, a fine defense to slander. Check out Budhibbs.com, another CA reporting site, Hibbs pulls no punches, minces no words, gives these bung-dumplings their just desserts. Stay in touch. Make lives of these creeps a living misery, until they quit, die, or leave the country. They'll never find respectable work, as only mutant bloodticks get into collections in the first place.
