Dunno,

FTC complaint from this unworthy scribe caused quite a stir with scumbag CA. No more crack 'n bimbo parties on the beach for Mr. Lowlife.
Agree with you, whether or not FTC works, report to all having an interest, as you poignantly state, BBB, AG, etc. 'Shotgun' approach mandatory, report to everyone, the more the merrier.
Get CA's recognition from all directions. Lion stalks prey, when ready to pounce, it lowers head to ground, and roars. Noise is diffused, quarry can't locate his consumer. Another fine lesson from 'The Wild Kingdom". (tm - Mutual of Omaha)
Report regularly, to everyone. Pen mightier than sword. One rancid, putrid, dumbell bureaucracy after another, either through corruption or mere incompetence, failed to render justice in our little family Greek Tragedy, so this scribe stuck pen to paper. Where agencies fail, paper thin voices make thugs nervous; perps beg elderly relative to make me stop writing.
If what's written is false, due to malingering or derangement, it's good evidence for them, against me, the more the merrier. They'd welcome it. But it's the truth. And they're not welcoming it. Oh, boo hoo.
Write to anyone you can think of. Get reporters interested. The complexity of the subject is at first daunting, becoming ever more interesting. Get friends interested, speak to a school about wise use of credit cards, given the ghouls who lurk in the shadows of "it's everywhere you want to be".
Hope this clarifies matters. Always a pleasure to hear from you.

Pleasureably,

Keyser Soze
